I agree with previous posts bout the Apt. Mgr here. (Debbie) SHe is so obnoxious and overbearing...she thinks she is just so awesome but in reality she is horrible to deal with, she doesn't listen, all she cares about is how much money she can bring in and claims she has done "so much" for you when she's done nothing. She has Steve under her wing and he doesn't dare say anything different. She is scary and mean and intimidates most people living here, unless you are one of her "pets" which doesn't last long if you ever dare disagree with her or ask for a needed repair. Stay away from her and this entire Mgt. Company. They are like this everywhere in the company.
