I would have to agree with the comments about the manager. She has been here several years and I think it is far to long. When I moved in I made several notations on the inspection sheet about repairs that needed to be made...two months later I had to make the request again!! I was promised new carpet/vinly and never recieved it. With that happening my apartment smelled of cigarettes and tar streaked down my bathroom walls. Now just to keep my carpet looking presentable when i have company over I have to get it cleaned monthly...EXPENSIVE. I have had so much trouble with my neighbors that I am afraid for my safety. The landscaping on the property is HORRIBLE...I have bushes practicaly growing in my front door. I have lived here for 9 months and have hated every second of it and still have three months to go before I can move from here. From the front view the property is nice but once you turn on the street to find the entrance it all goes down hill. There are huge water leaks, the ac in the laundry hasn't worked since I have lived here, the spa is down at least once a month, and there is just so much more!
