WORST place to live

I moved into Arcadia Gardens, and shortly after, came to regret it.
My car was broken into twice within 4 months, and believe me, it was nothing special or worth breaking into. A few of my neighbors had the same problem- one guy's truck was stripped.
I once woke to the sound of gunshots outside my window at 3 A.M. Quite possibly one of the scariest things to experience as a young kid from a small town!
The walls in the bathrooms were severely water damaged and all effort was made to cover that up by the management. I could hear every neighbor on all sides, no really, my roommates and i could hear the upstairs neighbor using the restroom. I also lost water pressure when the upstairs neighbor took a shower at the same time as me.
I would not recommend this apartment even to someone I despised, but feel free to move in if you don't mind being miserable!
