You may think I am just wrighting this with spite...but I didn't get fired, I quit. Water Tower Realty Management took over in October 2007 and since then the property and management has gone down hill. I now live off property and work up the street at an A property and I couldn't tell you how many great residents who have lived at Arcadia Gardens for YEARS are now moving. So many people were able to call that there home and now they don't remember what home is. How could it possibly feel safe like home now when management isn't properly screening ANYONE! If you only knew some of the residents that would live next door to you...you wouldn't call it home either!

DON'T DARE NOT PAY YOUR RENT IN FULL.....even if you owe them TWO DOLLARS...they would make me knock on doors at 7am and 8pm to ask for balance due! Also if noone answered the door they would make me go into apartments and leave the noice there for them! I told them ITS AGAINST THE LAW and the owner said...SO LIE...say you smelt smoke and opened the door! I DO NOT LIE!!!

I moved off property back in February and got signed paper work showing that I had no damages and left apartment in good condition. I never received a notice or move-out form until this last month that I received a notice stating that I have been sent to collections. Now they are charging me back rent because they are taking away my discount even though I gave and finished my two week notice. They were upset when the manager, who managed the property for EIGHT YEARS, both quit. Now a great maintenance supervisor has been left there all by himself as our leasing consultant and our house keeper have all left.

Washers and dryers in-units......WHAT A JOKE! Sure if you call a stackable washer and dryer good in your kitchen and taking up space in your hallways!!! Do you want to pay $100 extra for your rent for a STACKABLE WASHER AND DRYER''' HAHAHA

The office staff who may read this...you know who I am. I loved the property and the residents before I left and the manager could run that property in her sleep. Good luck to everyone still residing at Arcadia Gardens. When you realize how horrible WATER TOWER REALTY really is....I'm just up the street!

So you, the manager and the maintenance crew that everyone has been complaining about for the last 30 posts don't work there anymore? That's good to know.
