Lived here for a year and it wasn't that bad. The walls were a bit thin, but everyone was pretty quiet for the most part. The children on the playground can be a bit loud at times, but they are children.

Was great management until they replaced their fantastic handeyman, who went to a better job, with a con artist who calls himself Reverend "STAR", who also happens to be a thief and lier! They even evicted a person who was NOT living there and had turned in the keys and everything??? WHY
