Moving here was the worst housing decision I ever made.

I chose it only because it was close to work and they offered a discount because of my employer.

I found roaches the day I moved in and they were never completely gotten rid of.

There was a new maintenance issue every month: towel bars kept falling off the wall, the faucets would break, there was no hot water, my fridge broke twice.

The worst part was that my ceiling leaked every time it rained hard.

I reported it I don't know how many times and it was never fixed right.

The maintenace staff was totally useless.

The people in the office were friendly but that was about it.

When I first looked at the place, I was shown a very nice model and was told that all units were going to get new counters and cabinets.

Well, that never happened and the unit I got was nowhere near as nice as the model.

So if you are even thinking about moving here make sure you see the unit you will be getting, not the model.

They spend a lot of time and money on landscaping and it still looks awful.

The big trees are dying and drop needles all over the place and there are patches of dead grass.

The sprinklers run too much and the ground stays wet and muddy in some areas.

Plus the grounds crew usually start very early in the morning with their leaf blowers and trimmers and it gets loud.

Skip this place.
