Why would anyone ever rent here'
Besides having your apartment & privacy invaded on a weekly basis due to a property sale, the Management is aweful, rude, loud & UGLY towards employees & residents! I have witnessed on several occassions Vicky (the Manager) yelling & cussing out other residents. Does the Management Company know this is occuring' Prior to Vicki, it was so peaceful & quiet & Management delt cards with a fair hand! What happened' I regret renting here & I hope that once this property is sold Vicki will be fired. Please take my advise ... DO NOT EVEN STEP FOOT @ ARCADIA PARK< YOU WILL REGRET IT FOREVER!
