Arcadia Park

 

Well there is so much to say about this apartment complex, to much for words..let me just say that I lived there for almost a year ad the whole time was horrible.

When we first moved in we thought we would love it here and it was cool for a bit while Tammy worked there but a soon a she was gone it all fell apart.

The management is horrible they are rude and very disrepectful.

Vicki has been verbally abusive in very bad situations.

Now once you get over te fact that management is horrible we move on to the fact that none of the tenants with animals pick up their dog mess.

The complex needs to have their maintenance people clean up the mess if the tenants will not.

I say this because all the maintenance ever does is drive around in their carts and sit in the the office and talk.

I needed my sliding glass door fixed and it toook them almost 2 months to come and fix it and then when they did come he did not fix it all he did was make it move and told me he was going to bring the wheels back and never came back with them.

Needless to say the maintenance is horrible.

So finally we decided to move and pay 1000.00 dollers to break the lease, and a friend had talked about moveing in and when he went to sign his lease and do a walk through the apartment in the bath room was a ROACH motel.

He said that there were about 20 to 30 roaches in the bathroom, and all the management could say was "we just sprayed and that stir's up some activity" OH MY GOODNESS i do not see how any person would want to hear that..so in other words the roaches are there and when you spray they really come out, that is so nasty.

So bottom line arcadia park is not a nice place to stay and i would not send my worst enemy there to live!!!!!
