The Staff varys in this apartment w/ some being exceptionally friendly (like Nikki) and others being less pleasant (like Stephanie). The grounds are well kept for the most part. Parking can be a headache if you come home past 9pm, because certain areas may be full. You can reasonably expect the water to not function at all once a month, if you're gone all day it may be working when you get home. Or the apartment may just be out of hot water. They have the old broiler rooms here so it's not individual problems like most apartment around here. A plus is most of my nieghbors seem pleasant. However, there are some tenants that like to let their dog leave droppings outside of your apartment, not so nice. If you can deal with these thigs this just may be the place you can call home.
