don't waste your money theres better apts

for one thing if your idea of having a air conditioner fixed is to have a guy who has no clue stare at it then shove a screwdriver in the vent and jiggle it around this may be the place for you also if you like to wait a week to have your toilet uncloged plus i've had my car broken into 3 times in a year and it might be worth 500 dollars not to mention the fact we lived without hot water for at least 6 months and as soon as the tenants got a lawyer the owner sold the apts as quick as he could they strive to make these apartments appear nice so you move in then when the trouble starts you stuck in a lease also i hope you like cox cable cuz that's all you can have the have some kind of deal with them as far as i'm concerned the owner only wants to make money and cares nothing about making the aptments liveable nothing gets fixed theres not enough parking too many gangbangers no good security the mail box was broken into a month ago and still isn't fixed plus you pay about 30 dollars a month for water my parents own a house and don't pay that much

I agree,I lived there and it sucks.One thing you didn't add,the parkinglot is a before and after school hangout for about 75 kids sitting on cars, littering,and blasting loud hispanic music.It does look nice but looks can be decieving.
