many problems From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/29/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004   During my several years at this apt complex, my car was broken into over 5 times. High school kids from Rincon HS across the street left their share of damage to my car as well (dents, scratches). Management completely unfair in regards to pet policy. Rescued a dog, paid the $250 and the dog died a couple days later. No refund. Then, I kept getting accused of leaving dog feces around the complex. My dog was already dead and I still had to pay $50 several times.
