We had a very disappointing experience with Arcadia Park. Through a series of management switches, the apartment complex went down the tubes. For almost 7 months we went without hot water. Excuse after excuse was given to us about why it was not being fixed. My roommate and I had to take showers in an adjacent empty apartment which was incredibly inconvenient. After threatening a law suit, we finally got one free month of rent. It would take days to get a toilet fixed, days to come fix a bug problem, no covered parking, cars getting broken into every weekend, etc. I won?t NOT recommend this complex to ANYONE. inconvienient
