the rent is just very-high, (as opposed to astronomical), which is good. they take small pets (read 'any sized pets') that is good. The pool is shallow but big, same with the whirlpool. They charge for water, sewer and garbage, don't ask me how they meter it but I got a bill when I was there. the parking is better than average I think. the location is not bad. there's no gym, but there are gym passes. the worst thing is that they inspect your place once a year and are ALWAYS painting (it's beige) and mowing (early). the staff does have some people who may rub you the very wrong way, but nice people as well. the lease is 1/2 year, not 12 months like some places.
