First of all, when I came to look at the apartments my first impression was a good one. The "outdoors" atmosphere was kind of nice. But come to find out, this is the only thing the complex has going for it. The model apartment I was shown looked nothing like my actual apartment, in my opinion. I had many many issues with the plumbing. Each of my bathrooms has been flooded, taking days to dry. Maintenance is timely but inexperienced, which defeats the purpose. I had trash thrown in my yard several times by unknown individuals. If there isnt a cable connection in one of your bedrooms, your out of luck, because they wont allow any new connections. The showers are painted over, giving them a clean appearance, until a few months of use and the paint wears away, showing how worn and old the showers actually are.

Lets move on to parking. There is plenty of parking, just not anywhere near your apartment. So you may find yourself walking a long distance from your car to your apartment in the dark, since lighting is poor. Dont forget that this place is across from a high school. You might find one or two students sitting on your car, waiting for their ride when you come out to go somewhere. Havent had any problems personally with car theft, but I hear that its a tremendous problem here.

Last but not least, there is a herrendous roach problem there. I would kill roaches all day long, the roaches run around the apartment like they own the place. They'll even crawl all over you if your not quick with the raid. They must have a good foothold in the apartment because they're not even scared when i turn on the lights, they dont even run most of the time. The roaches are in the pipes and they come up through the drain. So no matter how much spraying you have done, they will continue to get into the apartment through the sink, shower and anywhere else.

So if you like roaches, poor parking, high school kids sitting on your car, bad plumbing, inexperienced maintanance but a fairly nice office staff....this is the place for you!! aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
