I really like it here. Ive been here for 8 years. The grounds are as green as Ireland. The complex has tall cool pine trees that remind me of Winterhaven. It is so shady and breezy that it actually seems a couple of degrees cooler than the surrounding area. I have never had trouble parking and regularly get my favorite spot. They are installing sheds for parking where the pine trees don't shade. The management is nice and competent. The maintenance calls are tended to quickly. I rarely have to call on them.

The location at Broadway and Arcadia Ave is in the exact center of town. Throw a dart into the center of a map of Tucson and it would hit our intersection. Just off Swan, you go north or south in no time. Just to the north 5th street is an uncongested way to shoot east or west.

I recommend the place, the rents are reasonable. I have attached a photo of the view from my balcony.
