It's really obvious that people from the office are planting reviews here. Otherwise it's an awfully big coincidence that so many residents suddenly decided to come to this site, register and leave glowing reviews all on the same days all during the month of May!
I'm crossing this place off my list of prospective homes just because of these fake reviews. How stupid do they think people are??

I agree. I checked this out after finding an ad for Arcadia on another site. From awful reviews from a couple of years ago to scattered reviews since, to a sudden of spate of them (several on the same day!); either something truly amazing has happened at Arcadia Park within the last few weeks, or this is blatant poppycock.
Perhaps if the "management" spent more time managing the property and less time painting over their damaged reputation, they wouldn't have to lie on internet ratings sites. Sad, really.

I agree... I'm looking for a new apartment and because of the obviously fake reviews I won't even look at this place. The office staff seems very dishonest
