I think that this is a very nice place to live. I have lived here for over 3 years now and I have had no problems. My neighbors are nice and my kids are able to go to a great school (Vail). I talked to the girls in the office about the grass a couple of weeks ago when it was overgrown and they said that they were in the middle of changing landscaping companies and now the grass looks great again. I wasn't happy about my rent going going up $10 a month but I do enjoy living here this is my home.

It's been forever since I have been here however, when I was here; I would have to say I was robbed by the management team. After moving out of my apartment after my lease was up they did an apartment inspection and let???s just say they stole money right out of my pocket. I mean c???mon who charges 25.00 to wipe down a counter? Who charges 15.00 to dust each window....? ROBBED I tell you. This place used to be cool. Until they know you will leave then they charge all kinds of fees just because you left. This just isn???t right. Be careful that they don???t make up stories about people complaining about your noise, if they don???t like you, this is just something they make up to get rid of you.
