I lived in Arizona Commons for 2 years a couple of years ago and after reading the reviews I had to post something. It appears that nothing has changed at that place and has possibly gotten worse.

Management is incredibly shady and really does nothing to help out with fixing problems at the apartment. I can't believe that the same person has stayed the manager the past few years. Whenever I was in the office he would make comments on what I was wearing such as, "Not now, but maybe later," looking me up and down.

I had many friends living in some of the upper level apartments who had problems with the roof leaking during monsoon season, causing the water to ruin many of the things in their room.

Our kitchen sink backed up and it took them at least 2 days to come and fix it. Imagine a nasty sink full of goop in the kitchen.

The pool area was never well maintained. Watch out for broken glass.

Check out a lot of the other posts--I would have to agree with them. The apartments are run down and management does nothing to improve it. They will screw you over with our deposit and they seem to continue to raise the rent. Find another place to live.
