Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
the apartments are very old and tormented. The floors leak. The sinks/taps get jammed regularly. management has gotten better over the last 2 years- but nothing praiseworthy.
there was a joke about soundproof windows- they put stickers on the same windows that said "sound proofed". you can hear a bicycle riding by if you are near the street.
not recommended- except for people who just NEED to stay close to school.
would say- 1/5
