They are not complaints, they are facts.

I lived in Arizona Commons for three years. I never smoked nor did my roommates, and we never had parties in the apartment. My apartment was perfectly spotless and I do have a job and go to class. Yet it is still gross and moldy for some reason. I like to blame it on the building that is not being properly taken care of by management, not unresponsible college kids. Besides I always thought you pay rent to have a nice place that management and maintenance takes care of and makes sure it's not moldy or gross.
The rent is outrageous for what you get. Unless you think that paying $300 dollars for half a room, where there is only one closet, and the only privacy there is between you and your roommate is a desk, or paying $500 for your own room is a good deal. You could get an entire apartment to yourself for $500 a month.
Parking is usually free and provides shelter for your car at other places. At Arizona Commons you have to pay almost $400 extra for a parking spot and your car is left out in the elements, or you could pay $25 to park in an alley where you better pray there is a parking spot open because if not you park on the street and get fined. If your friends visit they better walk because there are not parking spots for friends or family. If they park in the parking lot they will get towed by the vulchers that watch for any cars that are out of place. Even if you have a permit you have to watch your car because it may get towed.
The first year I lived at Arizona Commons there were tons of red tags handed out. I know of at least four apartments that got them. There are still parties constantly, and the only reason no red tags on the doors is because the so called "courtesy patrol" sits in tenants apartments and talks to them for hours. He was in my apartment for hours more than once. He may also be found underneath balconies talking to girls while he looks up their skirts, at the bars showing off his dance moves( you could probably find him at Dirtbag's), or getting food. Keep in mind that when he does these things he is getting paid to protect Arizona Commons. The pool is disgusting, so I hope you never plan on going for a swim. I've seen knives, bottles, and there are always beer cans floating in it.
The maintenance man isn't creepy he is quite nice. I'm not sure he has a better sense of humor or more to say than people you'd find at a bar, but he never got anything done because the office staff doesn't know what the words work order mean. So if you want something fixed you must go get the maintenance man yourself, that is, if he is on the property.
I thought the management was suppose to treat you with respect since YOU are the one paying rent. Instead they like to talk to you like you're a third grader and then proceed to tell your partents crap since they aren't around and haven't seen what you're living in. The office is rarely open because the people in it are either gone or hiding in the back room. It's anyones guess what they are doing in the backroom.
Arizona Commons is the worst apartment complex I've ever seen. I couldn't get in the dorms and thought Arizona Commons would be just as good since they were so close, but all they have done is cost a ton of money and cause a lot of headaches.
