First, a confession. The managment writes all the good reviews on this site,it is not actual tenants. I know because I have seen copies of the reviews on the desk of the manager before they were posted online. I tell you now that I have moved out.
Also, location location location doesn't matter if there is crap at the location. Would you pay to live in a dumpster on campus' Then why pay to live in one next to it. If you can't find an apartment bigger than the ones here, you're blind. Also rent is way to high. I paid 500 a month for my own room in a remodeled aparment (new carpet means remodeled) and had to share a bathroom. I now pay 345 a month, with free covered parking, my own room which is time a half the size of my Arizona commons room, and I have a bathroom the size of the full bathroom at Arizona Commons all to myself.
There is no erason to stay here. Aparments are run down and nasty. Managment is full of thieving liars, and crazy stuff happens like bums breaking into apartments to sleep over weekends and mushrooms growing from carpets because managment refuses to clean when the sink overflows. Please, for your own safety or the saftey of your student, don't live here, go somewhere else. Friends don't let friends live at Arizona Commons. Maintanence, ya right, there is no such thing as a work order. Walk into the office and ask to see a work order, the managment will make up an excuse as to wh they can't, which is because they don't exist here. The manager just simply asks the handyman to do jobs, so things are forgotten about all the time.
Please, for your own good, just walk away and don't look back. It might be fun to visit your friends that live there, but you don't want to go through the hellish nightmare of living there, especially if you're a girl, the mangament hits on women and sexually harrasses them.
