I can personally attest to everything this woman has said. I am a former female resident and lived there just long enough to see EVERY problem she has described. Hell, one of the tow truck drivers nearly backed into my roomate blocking her car (they had no reason to tow it-she was moving and had the right of way)! They saw her, but kept going- rolling up and eventually ON to her feet...weird.

This not the place for females indeed. NO safety whatsoever. People in general were friendly, but this still seems to be the high point for not only jerky employees, but male tenants who think that they can do whatever they want. I was raped by one and never reported it.

There is a reason tenants think they can cause all the hell they want- THEY CAN! Who would want to show any respect to a place or its occupants when the owner cannot not even succeed in this' I gave up, and trashed the place, too! Might as well get my fun's worth if I can't get my money's worth!

This place isn't even worth wasting my time rating. It just needs to be burnt to the ground and made into a parking lot or yet another porn store- this would be more enjoyable.
