First, let me start off and say, these apartments are very close to campus. OTHER THAN THIS the Arizona Commons (I) are the worst apartments EVER. The management changed this year, and they are recently improving the complex. THIS IS NOT A GOOD THING! The apartment I live in, is the WORST. The bathroom floods due to poor/old plumbing. The managment's idea of a fix is letting it be as is. They try to scam you out of every penny you own. They added some monsterous poolside shaded area, it blocks all the sun, the pool is NOT heated. The apartments have old carpet, or at the bare minimum, new carpet in SOME AREAS. My kitchen is horrible as well, the refrigerator it the ONLY NEW THING. The stove knobs fall off, and my oven has only 1 setting, ON and EXTREEMLY HOT. The managment is composed of two young women, who are EXTREEMLY rude. The handy man never comes, and the ammenaties are junk. One manager has a dog, (NO PETS ALLOWED) it yaps all night. This appartment complex is ran like a slum lord would run it. Euclid Ave. is near by, and the noise at night is rediculous. The rooms facing east, are bombarded with SUN which wakes one up at 6 am. They stole my $100 deposit, and blammed it on the old management. I STRONGLY RECOMEND,NOT TO LIVE HERE!!!!!!
