I don t know what the old management was like, but the new ones are great! They are friendly, helpful, and overall nice people. When coming to live here, I had to do everything online, over the phone, and through the mail. They helped me so much in my transition down here to live since I was in another state.
The apartment set up is simple and the apartment community is college student based so it s active and young. This complex is close to the U of A, Pima CC, and The Art Center as well as other colleges within a 3 mile radius.
What attracted me the most to these apartments was the features included in the apartment as well as the bills included in the price. The apartment comes furnished and a person has the option of bringing their own things in and trading what is already in the apartment out. It comes with a bed frames and mattresses, desks, draws, fridge, couches, tables and so much more. And another great thing is that the price for Utilities such as Electricity, Water, Internet, and Trash is all included into the bill so it doesn t matter how much you use, its one price! Unfortunately cable and phones are not included but its ok, now a day, people have cell phones and if you are busy like me, TV. isn t a big deal or a priority.
The surrounding area has easy to locate facilities such as the pool, vending machines, trash disposal bins, laundry rooms, and entertainment areas such as the gym and study rooms. Maintenance is good on coming by and fixing any problems you come to find when living here. Usually the next day if not a few days later so the staff here does care what you have to say or have issues with.
If moving in by yourself or with others it is a good place to start off in as a college student, a good start indeed. And if you are by yourself or are moving in with people you don t really know, the staff here will try and do the best personality assessment of who is most compatible and if living with them makes them not compatible, they will try and work with you to find a better location within their facility. They did that for me and I am much happier and comfortable where I am now instead of where I was.
This place is definitely worth while and a place to consider living in if you are a college student.
I read the other review and it was so negative. Every place has its problems like thefts and unwanted insect guests. Thats what alarms and safe parking is for. Also, insects come around if a place is riddled with left overs and food crumbs. I clean my kitchen after every meal and I've had no problems with insects coming about. and the leasing doesn't have to be a full 12 months. they will work with you so thats something to also consider.

This article is ALL FAKE made by themself. Seriously do not believe any word they told you. It's ridiculous to see such a "great" comment there about Arizona Commons II.
