Arizona Commons II

Better options elsewhere. From: wildcat68 Date posted: 3/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   Most people who rent from Arizona Commons II are not getting their money worth. I live in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit and pay $525 a month. My roommate pays the other half so we're looking at $1050 for the whole unit. Are you kidding me' When I signed a leased I look on the internet, it looked good, but then again, everything looks better on the internet. I have a friends who live in other places and when I go see their living conditions I become envious. The pay $700 altogether for an apartment that is hands-down much nice than mine. The only extra utility they pay is electricity which they said has not been above $50 yet. Arizona Commons II is out to screw the student.
