Don't live here

I can't warn you enough. The management and maintenence was AWFUL, it took them months to fix basic problems with our apartment that were there from previous tenants. My shower never worked properly, we had numerous leaks--including one that was coming down our living room wall for two weeks--problems with appliances and fixtures, and BUGS. My roomate and I were extremely careful and kept the apartment clean all the time, but we still had to have the exterminator come every few weeks.
We also had terribly rowdy neighbors. The walls are so thin at this dump that if someone is outside in the common area, you can here them so well they might as well be in your room. Our neighbors constantly blasted music, would be outside screaming and yelling, breaking things, and screwing around in the pool until all hours of the night--all nights of the week. My roomate was mugged AT THE DOOR TO HER BEDROOM, and the management never even followed up with her to find out the details, or warn any of the other residents of the occurence. Many people's apartments were broken into, as were numerous cars. My roomates car was broken into twice within about four months. Again, management did nothing. There were a few times I saw security guards walking around, but they did nothing to stop the excessive noise, and even told us that there job wasn't to be keeping the noise in check, but to watch for problems in the parking lot. They obviously did a wonderful job.
Just don't live here, it's overpriced, poorly managed, and the calibur of people is low. You can get a much cheaper, better place with a little looking.
