My roomates and i moved in back in Aug. we have had on going issues with the office staff as well as the maitenance being invisible as stated by old residents. Because were "just" college students they dont think we need to be in the know when it comes to water being turned off or the air being off for 3weeks straight. These are the things we have been dealing with non stop.
We are now all forced to live here with these issues
The office staff tends to treat anyone who has concerns with apartment concerns as if they are not their problems.
Our move in list of things that needed to be fixed are just now getting fixed, we put in our work orders when we moved in Aug of 08 and they are just now getting around to fixing them, late Nov early Dec 08.
