The place is noisy, managment sucks! They just sit around in the office all day playing music and doing nothing. They asked me to sign a lease at least 5 times because they are so unorganized. They hire new people who are even worse so they keep asking the same questions over and over again. The A/C unit breaks down at least once every two months and when it does, especially in the summer time, it is HOT. They take at least a week to fix anything (including the A/C - SO hot in the apartments and do nothing to compensate for the inconvenience). The rent is really high for what the apartments look like. You can find something cheaper that is even closer to campus than this. The carpet is disgusting. I think it was supposed to be white, but now it just looks black. It is quiet during the day, but gets really noisy at night - the walls are paper thin. The complex is also near a dangerous looking neighborhood. Do not live here, you can find something way better.
