My son has had nothing but problems with his apartment. He has been burgled twice, lost an expensive electric piano the result of a monsoon storm last fall that came gushing through a crack in the wall, and as others have stated, things have broken, the a.c., a hole in the ceiling, etc., that "management" seem indifferent to. Speaking of which, the front office is filled with kids who could give a s**t about their tenants. Boycott this place. No first year student should have his outlook on college destroyed by such a place, and believe me, my son's attitude has gone from excited to "get me the hell out of here" in less than a year.
