Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
Finally I escaped from this nightmare apartment. NONE of my friends got the deposit back. The manager said it was too dirty inside the room and also the carpet. So she charged us for cleaning which is at least $600. (Well it depends on the number of roommates. For example, if you are in a 4-room, then the charge of cleaning will be 4X300=$1200). The manager even claimed that $600 was not enough. What a jerk! The management staffs have lost their conscience. DO NOT CHOOSE TO LIVE in Arizona Commons II. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
