It beats being homeless, but not by much

We moved here from out of state and had a friend who lived here. When she helped us get the apartment the people in the office were very nice and we had everything ready when we arrived. Shortly after the management changed and the nightmare began. Maintanence issues were never addressed, we had our patio furniture stolen from our patio, there were drug dealers above us and when I told the management they told me there was nothing they could do (which meant that they paid their rent so they didn't care). They advertise a beautiful pool (the heater was never on), hot tub (the heater was broken for 7 months), tennis courts (the net was in shambles and the court itself cracked so badly you could not use it). The laundry rooms were always a mess, oh yeah the weight room was nothing more than a party hang out area for the aprartment teens. The equipment was broken and useless. But like I said it was a roof over our heads and nothing more. If you want privacy and no headaches, a cardboard box would be a better choice.
