Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
There are always shopping carts in the pool, our car was broken into 3 times, not enough lighting in the apartments, they never fix ANYTHING,and we found a hypodermic needle in our front yard. Also, they don't do anything at all to help you or make living conditions better. And, the police are always at someone's apartment-seriously, at least once a week.
