Oddly, I read this website before renting. I thought it was exagerated, but it's not. Don't live in the Ashton Ghetto. This is the biggest -----hole I've ever lived in before. In 6 weeks i've seen 4 drug deals, the ghetto-bird flies over almost nightly. the neighbors blast their music all night long and the lying management doesn't seem to give a ----. they have you sign a bunch of forms about no crime, no drugs etc, then contiunue to rent to any dirtbag with a $50 deposit. Don't let the cheeky leasing agent and the quiet grounds on a Saturday afternoon fool you. Stop by after dark some night and watch and listen for the scumbags, whores and shitheads who are smoking crack and beating on each other. Be smart...it's not worth any price. Thank god I bought a house. this was by far the biggest motivation to never rent again.
