So far... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   It's not that bad of a place. I moved here from out of state this past summer and what they offer here is a better than any affordable options I had back in WI. My problems so far included -Cockroaches when we first moved in but after giving them notice and them taking care of the problem, we no longer find any anywhere. -Noise is a slight problem but most of it is just from the remodeling they're doing. -The fitness room is never open anymore. When I was able to use it wasn't anything great, also the bathroom in there was trashed. -The tennis court and basketball court are located in the same spot and the court is all cracked and doesn't seem so nice. -So far I haven't seen or met any nice/decent neighbors. Most of them seem to be kind of trashy. Beer bottles left on the stairs. -The mailboxes are not convient to access at all. They're a couple minute walk away from us. -Maintenance hasn't been horrible but they've left a few minor things unfixed after we've notified management. -Gum damage to our carpet but are left to deal with it as they didn't feel like replacing the carpet. -Poor cable hookups in the apartment. You can only have cable in the living room unless you want to run a wire across the apartment down the hallway into the bedroom. -Empty shopping carts around on the property. -The patio deck has nails sticking up out of it and one of the boards will definitely break if i stand on it. They're overhauling all the patios though so it won't be a problem anymore. There are a few other things that need quite a bit of improvement too but that's all I feel like listing right now.
