I have lived at Ashton Meadows since December of 2005 and the only word I would use to sum up the place is Sorry. I had roaches in my apartment when we first moved in and a toilet that didn't and still doesn't flush properly. Water leaks in my apartment everytime they turn on a faucet in the upstairs unit but know one seems to think its an issue. The "renovation" progress has been dissapointing and slow at best. What basicallys amount to minor changes to doors and patios and a fresh coat of paint has somehow taken well over 6 month of loud noise and construction material being left all over the place. This includes nails, rotting wood,some trash,and broken glass all over the parking lot and around units. I also really appreciated it when I came home and found that my locks had been changed I had no keys and managment was next to impossible to get a hold of because it was after hours. Do not let a few minor cosmetic changes, new name and new managment fool you its still very much Ashton Ghettos!
