This place a horrific. We lived there for a whole 5 months before getting the heck out of there. When the bad storm hit Tucson in the beginning of Summer (june i believe) the apartment complex next to me got destroyed. The roof came apart and water got into all the units. Everyone had to move out in a days notice. You expected this to be fixed not in a couple days, but over time and still to this day it is just covered with plastic so if it happens to rain "nothing" with get in. The blinds are open and if you look in them the walls are covered with Black mold all over the units. its disgusting. I have 2 small children that to be honest i was afraid to let play out side with all this mold everywhere. They would block off the building with yellow tape and the next day it would be torn off. The debris of all the trash from the complex was thrown outside where we parked. just smack in the middle. We asked managment when this would start to be fixed and they gave us a date that soon passed and nothing was done. They tried to make it seem like stuff was coming together by having some guys knock down a few pieces of the walls, and then we never seen them again. i doubt since we have been gone anything has happend. We broke our lease since i was supposed to be deploying and now they are saying i didn't give them the correct paperwork, which i did, to get out on the military clause. They have sent my stuff to collections so now i am dealing with them. I wouldn't move here if it was the last place to go. There are kids running around your units at all times of the night and there is supposedly a security person on the grounds, but i have never seen one? all in all, there is always going to be something going on at an apartment complex, you can expect that, but to have so many issues that management lies to you and gives you a date of when something will be completed and they lie? don't bother renting here, i am telling you in the long run you will definetly regret it. one more thing, when it comes to maintainace in the place, my dishwasher broke, the maintaince man said he should get the piece to fix it in a couple days and would be back and i swear we never saw him again. called the mngt office and of course they said they would TRY and get a hold of him, TRY, he is employed by them. WHATEVER... dont get yourself into something you;'ll really regret later. its all a waste of money@!
