Sad to see the good staff gone because of new management

I have lived here at Bear Canyon for more then 5 years and I have seen maintenance, staff and new management come in and out of Bear Canyon. Since a few months back we have had more people moving in and less people moving out and I belive it is the team they had . I would call and the girls in the office would know my voice and call me by name. I would ask maintenance in the parking lot to please come fix something in the house and they would tell me I would be glad to come and take care of the problem just call the office and make a service request with the ladys and I will be there to fix it for you. That same day or the very next day it would be taken care of.
Sad to say that when I heard the BAD news about some of the very best staff here at Bear Canyon being transferred to another property I was very dissapointed. I have an outstanding service request for now 3 days... I'm not to sure about how it's going to be now but so far it's NOT BEEN GOOD... :(
The new owners should have kept the girls from the office and the rest of maint. They are what made this place!!! Miss you all sad to see you go... :-(

What a shame...Lets face it, just beacause new management took over and the owners who own Bear Canyon kept on the employees who deserve to stay based on their dedication and endless efforts to make Bear Canyon the place to make their home was the right decision. It is unfortunate that sometimes un-professional behavior continues to prevail and some ex employees need to have a final goodbye and do what they have done best, is to try to sabatoge, lie and manipulate the truth at a great place to live out of their own incompetent behavior.
Maybe they will learn from this experience that it is better to do their job than it is to complain as why they are no longer there!! Look at all the other reviews and judge for yourself....some things never change....doesn't that speak for itself...:)

Having been a resident of several A properties in the Tucson area, Bear Canyon is by far the best place I've been. Of course there will always be growing pains and changes....but its Bear Canyon that is a wonderful place to live, and the new staff is great too! Just give them all a chance, just as you would expect if the situation were reversed. There are always two sides to every story and as long as both sides arent known, judgements cannot be made.

Having been here since last December and feeling more and more negative with regards to living here. I am going back thru these posts and offering my perspective. I agree with the orginal post here. I only interfaced witht he "old" management team for a brief period but I have to say they were more responsive than this current staff. Most of the maintenance guys are great but the manager and her staff are defensive and unresponsive.
