There's been a lot of improvements here since It was called Seneca Village. For the price of an apartment and utilities, this is a great place to stay. The staff is friendly. The neighbors are respectable. The only thing I don't like about this place is having to put your queen size bed through the top floor window when you move in, but nobody can be perfect. I have never had a problem here and I'm on my second lease.
