I chose this apt complex because of it's discounts. It is cute and very quiet, having just moved from another apt complex it's actually crazy how quiet this one is. Rent for a small one bedroom is $425, water included. The cat deposit is crazy at $300 though. I could have a large dog at my old apt complex for a deposit of $150!!!! The windows aren't sealed very well either and the doors let air out, so my electricity bill is a little steep. The manager is also a psycho, I think she actually turned off several of my breakers before I moved in, so she would have an excuse to come see my stuff. Other than that, it's not that bad. Also there are a lot of bugs this time of year, a LOT outside, I've only had one or two inside. If you want to check it out, come on Saturdays. Overall though, it's not a bad place to live, I've seen worse.
