This is a great place to live. It is very, very quiet and peaceful. A good mix of people live here and I have never had any issues, or heard of any issues. Not the best neighborhood, but really where in Tucson are there any' Nice units, good size for the rent money. Doors and windows don't seal well so electric is on the high side during the summer months, but that con be easily remedied with some weather stripping. Overall, this is one extremely pleased tenant!
