I you want a property manager who says one price and writes another, then when you confront her about it in a professional manner she gets in your face. It's ol' fashion name calling and threats. Thats her! She'll tell you anything to get you in, but give you the "if you don't like it, tough s*#t" (no joke)

This apartment seems okay, but once you're in you realize that little things fall apart quickly. We heard yelling between her and another elderly neighbor who felt he was being unfair. We were treated disrespectfully via snide comments within months after all necessary binding contract were in place. She'll make up all sorts of fees you owe and then when you're leaving, she'll tack on more to make sure she gets every dime out of you

we had dead bugs in cabinets, but they were tucked away and not visible upon a superficial inspection. We had holes in screens. There was even a strange yellow substance that started to seep from our walls once the weather started getting a little warmer. (still not sure what it was, but it came back days later even after wiping several times)

There are other apartments in Tucson where you will be treated with respect. Dont let the photos and courtyard fool you. It looks nice, but I would take a less attractive place to avoid dealing with such a miserable person.

Beware b/c the manager will just write back pretending to be satisfied tenant! Don't believe any positive posts here- they're all written by the psychotic manager.

I called up about a posting for this apartment complex and the manager was extremely rude to me. I got a bad feeling about the place...
