to me this sounds like a manager trying her\his bets to get occupants. i've seen the other posts about the bugs, lack of maintance, hassles, disturbances, bad managment, and the "blind eye" photo. i've read up on this complex and don't live here it's soon to be a listing in the bbb if you wish to post to it just wait i requested it be added.
