This manager is very mean; unfortunately you don't really see her true colors until all official paperwork has been signed.

There were little minor issues with the apartment that I tried to look past, but then when confronting on anything crucial to living comfortably like running water, malfunctioning appliances (like right after you've moved in) she'll give you attitude, insult you in a snide, back-handed manner.

the pet deposit and every other deposit should be referred to as a fee, because she'll make sure you never get your money back!

It makes every encounter (even the occasional greeting) like pulling teeth. Save yourself the trouble. The extra $50 at another place is well worth it.

Strongly Agree. I'm one of the first to leave feed back online. Place is a hell hole. After we moved out I had to go back and ask for copy of my contract so I could prove to school I've been living in AZ over a year, she cussed me out and told me she'll sue as for leaving negative feed back. Of Corse I know she can not do that its freedom of speech. I wish more people would leave feed back because when I lived there none of my neighbors who I've talked to were happy, everyone of them hated her and the place.

This place is awful! The manager is crazy! I'm so happy to be out of there!!!
