This place is a very horrible place to live. I have lived here over two years. The past 6 months I have had some financial issues and the manager is not willing to work with you. The management does not do their job in fixing anything. I have had to fight with the manager to get my garbage disposal fixed, it is not backed up and the dishwasher does not work. The air conditioning only works if they call someone to fix it. The management cares only about landscaping and not the apartments or the tenants. I heard directly from the managers mouth that she doesn't care if the tenants like her or not. This was from a conversation today. The apartments are always cold durring the winter, and hot durring the summer. If you like a well insulated apartment, these are not it. I have had a leak in my faucet from the week we moved in. It has yet to be fixed almost 3 years later. This place is the most expensive in the area, the pool is hardly ever available and is green. You don't get an ammenities for the amount you pay. I pay $525 for a 2 bedroom, and I expected alot more when I moved. When I talked to the manager about moving in she got very hostile and started stating that I don't want to move anywhere else. The manager is very immature and does shotty work. I would HIGHLY advise you to look elsewhere. In this case the whole buyer/renter beware approach is very necessary.
