I've been living there for 9 months, and it's a pretty nice place to live in. It's inexpensive given that they pay for gas and electricity. Maintenance is excellent and parking is always available. It's a very quiet place and the whole place had 3 or 4 parties over last year. Many families live there. I would recommend it.

Its a really great place to live, I agree. Free air conditioning is a plus. The exercise room is open at 5am which fits into my schedule. The pool is heated and always clean. Dave is nice, so is Robert and the Manager Laura is always working to make Briarwood cleaner and safer.
