Our experience in Briarwood was excellent. Many college students lived there, myself included, and the noise level was kept at a minimum, and the price was very resonable. All maintenance problems, although there were few, were handled promptly and correctly. Management (Robert) was very friendly and knew everyone's name which gave the community a very friendly atmosphere.
The only problem I saw was a few separate incidents of vehicle break-ins. Overall I felt safe living here, and would recommend living at Briarwood.
