After reading other articles about Briarwood I must say I am disturbed. I have lived at Briarwood for over 3 years. The Manager, Laura is professional, she makes sure maintenance is finished in a timely manner. She runs a tight ship. Crime was bad until she took over the property and now there is more lighting, more patroling. Robert is nice too. Both are hard working individuals and this community is clean, nice grounds and patroled by the staff. They always walk the grounds and say hello, day and night. My apartment flooded in the summer and I was treated nice. They bought me and my wife pizza and had the water extracted the same night! Thats service. I tell my friends its the perfect place to live.
