Nicknamed Briardorm for the dorm-like university atmosphere of very loud noise until all hours of the morning, poor maintenance, and supervision, this human habitrail of mostly young, partying, university students riding on the parents' coat tails, is great if you are of that certain demographic area; however, professionals and adults beware: you will be surrounded by Animal House, the air conditioning will break down often during the hot summer months and not be repaired for weeks, and the "lessors" will be nice at first, but quickly change their tune once they know how easily they can take advantage of you.
