It's so obvious that the Briarwood staff has left a review here, trying to build the place up. I lived there for 6 months and it was not too bad, until the air broke and they said it SHOULD be fixed within a few weeks...in the middle of July. I was so pissed about the whole thing that I broke my lease and left. I would say if you are thinking of living there, be careful. Poor maintinance, cheaply built/maintained apts, and rude staff. I was sold on the fitness center when I was looking at the apts, but come to find out it was a huge joke. Only one bike and treadmill works, and the weight system is crap. My friend also had his jeep stolen from the parking lot. The quick mart across the street has cops there daily and they found a rapist there minutes after he commited the crime. BEWARE....
