Have lived here for several months and was not very happy with the management nore the maintenance team. There is no sense of privacy when the landlord states I can not be in the apartment when maintenance are doing repairs which is absurd and fear something would get stolen or snoop thru my panty drawers. The noise is obnoxious with students partying into the wee hours of the night around the pools. Sadly, they dont even lock the gates to the pools at night. There is no security to be around with a history of several car break-ins. The air condition system will be down quite often during the summer months. If you are looking for an apartment, I recommend you stay away from this complex. Its no "home sweet home".
